Qualifications and Training

 

There are a host of unique skills and backgrounds an applicant can present to be considered a good candidate for the ISR Instructor Training Program. A few traits that are absolutely necessary including responsibility, self-motivation, enthusiasm, professionalism and an overwhelming willingness to learn.

The ISR Instructor Training Program is a 6-week process comprised of both in-water training, video review and a significant amount of academic study. Our Master Instructor core is a group of highly trained professionals uniquely trained to help mentor the Student Instructor through the learning process. As a result the trained Student Instructor is competent, confident, knowledgeable and ready to replicate, in their own communities, the outstanding results witnessed by ISR families everyday.
