5 stars just doesn't seem like enough to rate this incredible experience we've had with Ms. Annette as our ISR swim instructor! From day one, her patience and kindness shone through, instantly putting both me and my kiddos at ease. In just three short weeks, she's achieved what I thought was impossible- not only teaching my twins crucial swim skills but also instilling in them a confidence and joy around the water that I never imagined possible. I can't recommend Ms. Annette highly enough. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care for her students make her an absolute gem. Ms. Tay fosters a safe and encouraging environment for students and parents alike. Our 20 month old looks forward to "swimming" with Ms. Tay every weekday. Nicolle is amazing! She’s calm and gentle with the kids while still pushing them to learn these life saving skills. She’s very easy to work with and we never feel rushed or just another student she is trying to hurry through.
