We love Ms Gail! She has provided our family a sense of security knowing if our child were to fall into water attended or unattended that he will come up to a float. People are so surprised to see our 1.5 year old actually swimming and floating without a life jacket or floatie. We share ISR with every parent who asks.

She did a wonderful job of explaining the process, reassuring us, showing us how to practice, and giving us advice specific to our daughter and her swimming location. Going through this ISR experience with Jamie has been absolutely outstanding! She has put in so much time and effort into teaching my child how to swim and float. We love Jamie.
