Each ISR Student, regardless of age, learns to rollover and float. For infants, rolling over to float and maintaining that float is the focus for ISR lessons until they begin to walk. This skill then integrates with the swim-float-swim sequence once a child begins walking. To see video of what your child will learn, please visit: http://www.infantswim.com/lessons/isr-lessons.html
ISR Clothed Rollback to Float from Infant Swimming Resource on Vimeo.
Why teach kids to swim in their clothes? ISR students are taught how to save themselves fully clothed because many of children who drown were not dressed for a day at the beach or pool.
